They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Aliso Niguel Wolverines. That's two games in a row now that the Cougars have lost by just one goal.

Capistrano Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-8-3. As for Aliso Niguel, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4-6.

Capistrano Valley is facing Mission Viejo at the right time seeing as Mission Viejo is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
