Volleyball Recap: Hampton Comes Up Short

Hampton lost against Jones County back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greyhounds.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15.

Hampton has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season. As for Jones County, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-16.

As of now, neither Hampton nor the Greyhounds have any future games scheduled.
