It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but South Putnam had no problem doing just that on Friday. Everything went their way against the Sheridan Blackhawks as they made off with a 26-6 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

South Putnam's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.7 points over those games. As for Sheridan, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-3 record.

Looking ahead, South Putnam will head out on the road to face off against Milan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sheridan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
