Basketball Recap: Delaware Valley Comes Up Short

If Delaware Valley was feeling good fresh off their 70-48 takedown of Bernards last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Delaware Valley Terriers took a 69-52 bruising from the Immaculata Spartans on Saturday. The Terriers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Delaware Valley now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Immaculata, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delaware Valley and Palmyra will round out the year against one another at at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Immaculata will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Perth Amboy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
