Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
Jaxon Garcia Delivers Electric Performance Vs Santa Gertrudis Academy
Thanks in part to Jaxon Garcia, Falfurrias said goodbye to their five-game losing streak. Santa Gertrudis Academy had no answer to Garcia on Friday as he rushed for 64 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 150 yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave Garcia a new career-high in rushing yards.
Garcia and Falfurrias are taking a road trip to face off against Progreso at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Fightin' Jerseys got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Red Ants, probably because Garcia had a solid game then too: he threw for 105 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 43 yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Ronnie White and Co. Win Third in a Row
Ronnie White was instrumental in extending San Diego's winning streak to three on Friday. San Diego is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. White and San Diego will be playing in front of their home fans against Bishop at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
