There's no place like home for Capital, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Kuna Kavemen on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Golden Eagles not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0).
The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17, 25-21.
Gracie Greer paced Capital's offense, picking up ten kills. Greer got some help from Elayna Jolly and her 27 assists. Allison Krochmal controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Capital's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 14-12. As for Kuna, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.
