Soccer Recap: Millard Takes a Loss

Millard and South Sevier pushed the score to 9-2 the last time they played South Sevier, but on Thursday defenses reigned supreme. The Eagles fell just short of the Rams by a score of 1-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against South Sevier this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-2 last Tuesday.

Millard dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for South Sevier, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Coming up, Millard will head out to square off against Waterford at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Sevier, they will host Gunnison Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
