Soccer Game Preview: Grace Christian vs. St. Mary's

The Grace Christian Crusaders will square off against the St. Mary's Saints at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Grace Christian has given up an average of 3.6 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

Central Carolina Academy lost 7-3 to Non Varsity Opponent on Tuesday. Lily Pressler probably wasn't too happy after the game: she scored every single goal for the Eagles and still walked away on the losing team.

Meanwhile, after soaring to nine goals the game before, St. Mary's was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to Ravenscroft. The loss was the Saints' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Mary's fell to 3-1. As for Central Carolina Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
