Baseball Recap: Granby Takes a Loss

Granby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 12-5 to the Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes.

Granby saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anthony Misiaszek, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. That RBI was Misiaszek's first of the season. Brodie Funk was another, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Granby's record is now 2-5. As for Amherst-Pelham Regional, the victory was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 2-4.

Coming up, Granby will head out to take on Monson at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Amherst-Pelham Regional, they will host Northampton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
