Basketball Recap: Stoutland's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Stoutland entered their game against Hermitage on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Stoutland Tigers fell to the Hermitage Hornets 84-78. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Hornets from their previous meeting back in February of 2017.

Stoutland's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-2. As for Hermitage, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Stoutland has already played their next contest, a 76-69 victory against Conway on the 21st. As for Hermitage, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Miami on the 21st.
