Basketball Recap: Hanover Extends Road Winning Streak to 13

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hanover). They blew past the Kingswood Knights, posting a 68-30 victory. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Knights are ranked 67th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hanover's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.8 points over those games. As for Kingswood, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Looking ahead, Hanover will challenge Manchester West at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Manchester West will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Hanover surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kingswood, they will face off against Hollis-Brookline at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
