Volleyball Recap: Highlands Ranch Comes Up Short

Highlands Ranch lost against Castle View back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Highlands Ranch lost 3-0 to Castle View. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-15, 25-13.

Talan Polk paced Highlands Ranch's offense, picking up six kills. Polk got some help from Derek Pierce and his six assists.

Highlands Ranch's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Castle View, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Highlands Ranch will challenge rival ThunderRidge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Castle View is set to square off against their familiar foe Mountain Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
