Basketball Recap: Sheboygan Christian Comes Up Short

Sheboygan Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost to the Oostburg Flying Dutchmen at home by a 76-59 margin. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 260th, while the Flying Dutchmen are ranked 94th).

Sheboygan Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Oostburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Sheboygan Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-50 victory against Ozaukee on the 11th. As for Oostburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 75-62 loss against Plymouth on the 11th.
