Volleyball Recap: Claremont Extends Winning Streak to Three

Claremont waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Etiwanda Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

Claremont walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-12.

Claremont's win bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Etiwanda, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-12.

Claremont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against El Dorado on the 4th. As for Etiwanda, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Upland on the 8th.
