Basketball Recap: Marble Falls Takes a Loss

After soaring to 57 points the game before, Marble Falls was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They fell 38-30 to the Burnet Bulldogs. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 41-31.

Marble Falls' loss dropped their record down to 16-12. As for Burnet, they now have a winning record of 17-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marble Falls will host Salado at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Burnet, they will be playing at home against Jarrell at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Burnet is facing Jarrell at the right time seeing as Jarrell is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
