Basketball Recap: Blazer Now 21-2 over Last 23 Games

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Blazer walked away with it. They enjoyed a cozy 81-64 victory over the Calloway County Lakers on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Tomcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Blazer has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 21 of their last 23 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-7 record this season. Calloway County moved to 31-4 with that defeat, which also ended their 13-game winning streak.

Coming up, Blazer will square off against Bowling Green on Friday. Bowling Green will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Blazer surely won't give up without a fight. Calloway County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
