Basketball Recap: South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] Takes a Loss

South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. The contest between the South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] Mustangs and the Strasburg/Zeeland Clippers didn't end well, with the South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] Mustangs falling 45-28. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Clippers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley]'s defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Strasburg/Zeeland, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 7-12.

As of now, neither South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] nor Strasburg/Zeeland have any future games scheduled.
