Ramsey's loss ends ten-game winning streak at home

Recap: Ramsey Rams vs. Northern Highlands Highlanders

It was a good run, but the Ramsey Rams unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell to Northern Highlands 41-35. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Ramsey has scored all season.

It was another big night for Lucas Dipasupil, who scored 16 points along with three steals for Northern Highlands. Dipasupil is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played.

Ramsey's loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-1. As for Northern Highlands, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ramsey will square off against Indian Hills at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Indian Hills is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. Northern Highlands' road trip will continue as they head out to face Paramus at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th. Paramus will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings (they are ranked 285th, while Northern Highlands is ranked 80th).
