Morgan came tearing into Friday's match with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 84-33 victory over the Summit Academy Bears. The contest marked the Trojans' most dominant win of the season.

Morgan's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kolton Asay, who went 8 of 10 en route to 21 points and seven rebounds. Asay's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bracken Saunders, who went 7 of 17 on his way to 16 points along with eight assists and five steals.

Summit Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Beau Edmunds, who posted six points and six boards. Dominik Ruiz was another key player, putting up nine points.

Morgan's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.6 points per game. As for Summit Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.
