Basketball Recap: Lake Marion Finds Home Court Redemption Against Timberland

There's no place like home for Lake Marion, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against the Timberland Wolves by a score of 50-38 on Friday. While the Gators didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

It was another big night for Mason Miles, who went 5 of 11 en route to 17 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Smith, who posted 12 points.

Lake Marion smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in six consecutive matchups.
