 Grants Pass was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They fell just short of the Roseburg Indians by a score of  4-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Grants Pass of the  5-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  on Saturday.
 For Roseburg's part,  CAMBRIA BACHMEIR tossed a big game,   tossing six innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   six  hits.  JASMINE MORALES picked up the save,   pitching  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (she also didn't allow any  walks).
 At the plate,  SHAYLEE SIKES was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-2.
 Grants Pass now  has a losing record at 2-3. As for Roseburg, the  win was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.
 Grants Pass will be playing at home against Sherwood at 2:00  p.m.  on Monday. Sherwood is coming into the  game with three straight  victories on the road,  so Grants Pass will have to stop a  team with plenty of momentum. As for Roseburg, they will  take on Forest Grove at 2:00  p.m.  on Monday. Roseburg is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.2  runs per game this season.
