Football Recap: Weymouth's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

Weymouth lost against Brockton back in November of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats fell 19-6 to the Boxers. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Weymouth fell to 5-1. As for Brockton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Weymouth and Brockton will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Wildcats see the field they'll take on Needham at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Brockton, their break will end when they face New Bedford at 6:30 p.m. on the 24th.
