Basketball Preview: Coolidge Colts vs. Eastern Ramblers        
        
		
             The Coolidge Colts will look to take advantage of their home-court for the first time this season as they take on the Eastern Ramblers  at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. Both come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 On Thursday, Coolidge was able to grind out a solid  victory over Georgetown Visitation Prep, taking the game  66-58. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Colts.
 Coolidge's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Josslyn Derricott, who  dropped  a double-double on 17 points and 14  rebounds. Derricott has been hot for a while, having  posted eight or more  rebounds the last 15 times she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Marshea Fisher, who  had 16 points plus five  rebounds and four  steals.
 Coolidge  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 13  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least nine  offensive rebounds in six consecutive  matches  dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile, Eastern took their  game  on Thursday with ease, bagging  a  54-10 win over DC International.
 Eastern's victory was  their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 2-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41.5 points. As for Coolidge, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
 Coolidge came up short against Eastern when the teams last played  back in February, falling  63-52. Can Coolidge avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
