Soccer Recap: Archbishop Ryan Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Archbishop Ryan can now relate to. They fell just short of the Harriton Rams by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. While losing is never fun, Archbishop Ryan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while Harriton are ranked 12th).

Archbishop Ryan's loss dropped their record down to 10-9-3. As for Harriton, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-1-2.

Archbishop Ryan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harriton, they will face off against Abington Heights on Tuesday. Harriton will need to watch out since Abington Heights have now posted at least four goals in their last nine matches.
