Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Pioneers vs. Exeter Blue Hawks

Trinity is 2-8 against Exeter since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Trinity Pioneers will look to defend their home court against the Exeter Blue Hawks at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Trinity lost to Keene on the road by a 73-56 margin.

Meanwhile, Exeter faced Pinkerton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. Exeter lost 77-53 to Pinkerton. The Blue Hawks have struggled against the Astros recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Exeter's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Trinity, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Trinity suffered a grim 66-43 defeat to Exeter in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can Trinity avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
