Volleyball Recap: Llano Takes a Loss

Llano was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Burnet Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on Friday.

Llano's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Burnet, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Llano will square off against Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Yellowjackets surely won't give up without a fight. As for Burnet, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Copperas Cove at 6:00 p.m.
