Soccer Recap: Clinton Wins Going Away Against Guymon

Clinton kept a clean sheet against Guymon on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Guymon Tigers with a sharp 6-0 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Red Tornadoes considering their one-goal performance the match before.

The win got Clinton back to even at 2-2. As for Guymon, they now have a losing record of 0-1-2.

Looking ahead, Clinton will face off against Elgin at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Guymon, they will head out to face off against Woodward at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Guymon's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
