Basketball Recap: Warroad Beats Stephen-Argyle Central for Their 15th Straight Win

Warroad put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They snuck past the Stephen-Argyle Central Storm with a 93-87 win. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Storm are ranked 310th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Warroad's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-0. As for Stephen-Argyle Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Warroad will be playing in front of their home fans against Bagley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Warroad knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 15 games -- so hopefully Bagley likes a good challenge.
