Basketball Recap: Palmerton Comes Up Short

Palmerton was the 63-52 winner over Salisbury Township when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Palmerton Blue Bombers took a 49-35 bruising from the Salisbury Township Falcons on Monday.

Palmerton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Salisbury Township, their win bumped their record up to 9-5.

Palmerton won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Palisades at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Salisbury Township, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against Notre Dame-Green Pond at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Notre Dame-Green Pond will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Salisbury Township surely won't give up without a fight.
