Volleyball Recap: Parowan Takes a Loss

Parowan managed to slip by South Sevier the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Parowan came up short against South Sevier on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Parowan's loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Parowan was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-13, 25-23.

Madison Wilson paced Parowan's offense, picking up nine kills. Wilson got some help from Olivia Anderson and her 14 assists. McKell Chidester controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Parowan now has a losing record of 13-14. As for South Sevier, their victory bumped their record up to 14-12.

Parowan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Panguitch on the 16th. South Sevier does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
