The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2019.

While Grandview was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Loveland's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 27-25.
