Softball Recap: Morgan County Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Morgan County's offense. They lost 19-0 to the Elliott County Lions on Friday. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Morgan County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Elliott County, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 3-7 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Elliott County beat Morgan County by a score of 18-0 later that day.
