Soccer Recap: Northside Comes Up Short

Northside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Fayetteville Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Fayetteville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 back in April.

Northside's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Fayetteville, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That somehow still isn't as good as their 13-1-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northside will challenge rival Har-Ber at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Fayetteville is set to face off against their familiar foe Bentonville West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
