Volleyball Recap: Bear Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bear Creek lost against Valor Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bears came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-8, 25-8.

Thomas Amirah paced Bear Creek's offense, picking up two kills. Amirah got some help from Hannah Anderson and her four assists. Finally, Anderson was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Among those leading the charge was Harper Scott, who had ten digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Bear Creek's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Valor Christian, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Bear Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Dakota Ridge on the 7th. As for Valor Christian, they will host Golden at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
