Clear Creek waltzed into their match on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Brazoswood Buccaneers. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Clear Creek was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-14, 25-15.

Clear Creek was led to victory by Elissa James and Tristen Golden. James had 12 digs and three assists, while Golden had seven digs and one assist. James is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

Clear Creek's record now sits at 19-15. As for Brazoswood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 15 of their last 17 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-22 record this season.
