Summit had won eight straight road games dating back to last season and Christian Salivio did his part to make it nine on Thursday. Everything went the Summit SkyHawks' way against the Indian Springs COYOTES as the Summit SkyHawks made off with a 3-0 victory which was due in part to Salivio, who had 22 digs. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in digs.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Summit was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-13, 25-13.

Summit's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Indian Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Summit didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Jurupa Valley on the 3rd. As for Indian Springs, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Canyon Springs on the 6th.
