Recap: Corvallis vs. Dallas
Corvallis won the last time they met up with Dallas, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. Corvallis managed a somewhat close 20-14 win over Dallas. The success represented a nice turnaround for Corvallis, who in their last game suffered a tough 6-51 defeat.
After a totally unproductive first quarter, the Corvallis offense stepped up its game and put 14 points on the board in the second quarter. Dallas matched them to leave it all tied up at 14-14. The other side of the ball was dominant for Corvallis in the second half, holding Dallas to a measly 0 points. The win got Corvallis back to even at 2-2. The loss dropped Dallas' record to 1-3.
Next week Corvallis take on Silverton at 7:00 PM. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for Dallas, they will face off against Crescent Valley.
