Soccer Recap: Crossville Takes a Loss

Crossville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-2 to the Douglas Eagles. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Crossville were already down 4-0.

Giovanni Peralta and Jesus Reyes scored both of Crossville's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Crossville's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Douglas, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.

Crossville didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Boaz on the 17th. As for Douglas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 4-0 loss against Tanner on the 17th.
