Football Recap: Harvest Community Takes a Loss

Harvest Community fell victim to Santa Fe and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Raiders 50-0. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row dating back to last season.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Jasiah Powell and Keimarion Neal. Powell rushed for 59 yards and three TDs while Neal rushed for 68 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Harvest Community's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Santa Fe, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Harvest Community has already played their next match (against Trinity Prep), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Santa Fe, they will square off against Palatka at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Raiders' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
