Basketball Recap: Cameron Brower's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Farmington over Weber

Farmington was the 63-62 winner over Weber when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Farmington Phoenix fell 57-47 to the Weber Warriors on Friday. The Phoenix have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Farmington lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Cameron Brower, who posted 24 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Malakai Tobler, who earned eight points along with seven assists and five boards.

Farmington's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Weber, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Farmington will square off against Fremont at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Farmington is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.6 points per game this season. As for Weber, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Syracuse at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Syracuse's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
