Basketball Recap: Millbrook Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Millbrook lost against Southeast Raleigh back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats were outmatched by the Bulldogs and fell 56-27. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lauren Brown was Millbrook's leading scorer, having posted eight points. Korryn Dixon held things down on the boards with six rebounds.

Southeast Raleigh was led to victory by A'Ziyah Trent and Dariyah Harris. Trent went 7-for-8 on her way to 19 points and four steals, while Harris shot 50% from the field to rack up 16 points and six steals. Thanks to that strong game, Trent now owns an excellent 53.3% shooting accuracy. Knael Wright-Brown also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Millbrook's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Southeast Raleigh, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Millbrook has already played their next contest, a 44-37 win against Green Level on the 4th. As for Southeast Raleigh, they will challenge Overhills at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
