Volleyball Recap: West Allis Hale Comes Up Short

West Allis Hale lost against Wauwatosa East back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Huskies lost 3-0 to the Red Raiders. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-14, 25-9.

Wauwatosa East can attribute much of their success to Ella Welcenbach, who had 16 assists and three digs. Those three digs gave Welcenbach a new career-high.

West Allis Hale's defeat dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Wauwatosa East, their record now sits at 21-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. West Allis Hale is set to challenge their familiar foe Wauwatosa West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Wauwatosa East will square off against rival Divine Savior Holy Angels at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
