Kenwood is 8-2 against Dundalk since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Kenwood is taking a road trip to face off against Dundalk at 4:00 p.m. Kenwood will be strutting in after a win while Dundalk will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Kenwood got the win against Loch Raven by a conclusive 16-2. The victory continues a trend for the Bluebirds in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won seven in a row.

Patrick Boblitz made a splash while hitting and pitching. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. Boblitz was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Kyle Morgan was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Chase Alleyne, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Meanwhile, Dundalk lost 11-1 to Western Tech & Environmental Science on Friday.

Dundalk saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Lyell, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

Dundalk dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Kenwood, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Everything went Kenwood's way against Dundalk in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Kenwood made off with a 14-5 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kenwood since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
