Dyersburg won the last time they faced Dyer County, and Chelby Jordan did her part to make sure it happened again. The Dyersburg Trojans put the hurt on the Dyer County Choctaws with a sharp 72-46 win on Tuesday thanks in part to Jordan, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and ten boards. Those 27 points gave her a new career-high.
The team also got some help courtesy of Kailyah Lewis, who posted four points and nine rebounds. She also posted a block, marking her first of the season.
Dyersburg's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Dyer County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-8.
