Volleyball Recap: Randolph Finds Home Court Redemption Against Pardeeville

There's no place like home for Randolph, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Pardeeville Bulldogs on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rockets also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Randolph had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 27-29, 25-18, 25-17, 25-19.

Randolph found their leader in sophomore Annika Reed, who had 22 digs and five aces. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Reed. Another player making a difference was Paetyn Bryant, who had 11 digs and two assists.

Randolph was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. They are 6-3 when they serve at least ten aces.

Randolph has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-13 record this season. As for Pardeeville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Randolph is set to face off against their familiar foe Green Lake/Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pardeeville will take on rival Fall River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
