Softball Preview: Wilsonville Wildcats vs. Centennial Eagles        
        
		
            
 Wilsonville is 3-0 against Centennial since March of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Wilsonville Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Centennial Eagles at 5:00  p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  both teams posted some lofty  run totals in their previous games.
 Wilsonville will head into Wednesday's  game hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big  on Tuesday (they won by ten) but  on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past Putnam  13-11.
  Maddie Holly was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with a  home run, five  RBI,  and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Calli Weaving, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Centennial can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Tuesday. They never let Parkrose onto the board and left with  a   14-0  win.
 Wilsonville has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-7-1 record  this season. As for Centennial, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with that  victory, which was their third straight  at home.
 Wilsonville took their  win against Centennial  when the teams last played  back in May of 2023 by a conclusive  16-1. Does  Wilsonville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Centennial turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
