Soccer Recap: Crawford County Comes Up Short

Crawford County fell victim to Jones County and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 8-0 to the Jones County Greyhounds. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crawford County now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Jones County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crawford County will face off against Southwest Georgia STEM Charter at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jones County, they will challenge Jasper County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Jones County knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Jasper County likes a good challenge.
