With a playoff win on the line, Freeman rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Bears by a score of 3-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Falcons, who have now won eight matches in a row.

Alicia Johansen paced Freeman's offense, picking up 19 kills. Johansen got some help from Aniston Bartunek and her 42 assists. Johansen was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Freeman's win bumped their record up to 29-4. As for Laurel-Concord-Coleridge, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 14 matches and leaves them with a 33-4 record.

As of now, neither Freeman nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
