Volleyball Recap: Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Midland Chemics. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Chemics this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss on September 9th.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10-1. As for Midland, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Central will face off against rival Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Midland is set to challenge their familiar foe Bay City Western at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
