Basketball Recap: Centerville Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Centerville lost to North Star back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Miners lost 69-48 to the Knights.

Centerville has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.5 points over those games. As for North Star, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Centerville will square off against Belt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Miners will need to watch out since the Huskies have now posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups. As for North Star, they are taking a road trip to challenge Box Elder on Friday.
